Summer Main Dish Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup shredded or sliced carrots
1/2 cup red or green bell pepper strips
1/4 cup sliced red onion
2 cups flaked tuna
= (canned or from salad bar)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
4 cups cooked small pasta shells

Yield: 

4 Servings

Method: 

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 cup pasta, 1/2 cup vegetables, 1/2 cup tuna.
