Sauteed Okra

Ingredients: 

4 cups fresh okra
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon Vege-Sal
1 onion chopped

Yield:

Method: 

Heat the oil over medium heat. Add all ingredients and cook, uncovered, until okra is tender.
