Salmon Spread

Ingredients: 

16 ounces canned salmon skin and bones
removed, well drained
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon liquid smoke seasoning
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Yield: 

16 Servings

Method: 

Flake the salmon and combine it with all the ingredients. Chill before serving with your favorite crackers.
