Orange Ginger Salmon

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced ginger
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon white wine
1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon filets

Yield: 

6 Servings

Method: 

Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, and wine in a shallow pan.

Add the salmon filets and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Broil or grill the salmon until tender, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces.
