Mango And Papaya Salad With Orange Coconut Dressing
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
3 cups combined diced papayas and mangoes
6 Servings
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, orange juice, extract, and zest. Combine until smooth.
Put the fruit into a container. Pour sauce over fruit and refrigerate 1 hour.
