Low-Calorie Italian-Style Dressing

Ingredients: 

2/3 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 small garlic cloves crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Yield: 

8 Servings

Method: 

Measure all ingredients into a pint jar; cover. Shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator. Shake before using.

This recipe yields 1 cup for 8 servings.
