Light And Easy Ambrosia

Ingredients: 

1 can pineapple chunks in light syrup - (20 oz) drained
1 jar maraschino cherries - (6 oz) drained and halved
1 can mandarin oranges - (11 oz) drained
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt - (8 oz)
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut

Yield: 

8 Servings

Method: 

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until evenly coated with the yogurt.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
