Hummus

Ingredients: 

1 can chickpeas - (15 oz) drained,
reserving 1 tbspn of the liquid
3 garlic cloves - (to 6) minced
1 tablespoon sesame tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Yield: 

12 Servings

Method: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, using the 1 tablespoon chickpea liquid if necessary to make a smooth spread.
