Herb Seasoning For Fish

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon finely-chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
= (or 1 tbspn snipped fresh parsley)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1 dash freshly-ground black pepper
4 teaspoons melted margarine

Yield: 

4 Servings

Method: 

Combine all ingredients. Spread over fish fillets. Use regular method for baking or broiling fish.

This recipe yields 1/4 cup. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
