Gwen's Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients: 

8 cups sliced rhubarb fresh or frozen
1 package diet strawberry gelatin - (makes 2 cups)
1 can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice (8 oz)

Yield: 

32 Servings

Method: 

Simmer rhubarb in 1/2 to 1 cup water until rhubarb is soft. Remove from heat.

Stir in gelatin and pineapple with juice. Refrigerate.

This recipe yields 32 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
