Cheese And Onion Dip

Ingredients: 

1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese plus
2 tablespoons Whipped Cottage Cheese (see recipe)
4 tablespoons finely-chopped green onion
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 dash cayenne pepper

Yield:

Method: 

Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve with chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
