Cathy's Marinated Chicken

Ingredients: 

1 cup dry white wine
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast

Yield: 

6 Servings

Method: 

Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Grill or broil the chicken 6 inches from the heat source on each side for 5 to 8 minutes until juices run clear.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
