Carrot And Raisin Salad

Ingredients: 

3 cups shredded carrot
1/2 cup Low-Calorie Cooked Dressing (see recipe)
1/3 cup seedless raisins
1/4 teaspoon salt
Sugar substitute equal to 6 tspns sugar
Lettuce leaves as needed

Yield: 

9 Servings

Method: 

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, thoroughly. Cover bowl. Chill 2 hours or longer before serving. Serve on crisp lettuce.

This recipe yields 9 servings. Serving size: 1/3 cup lightly packed (1/9 recipe).
