Carob-Dipped Dried Apricots
Ingredients:
1/2 cup carob chips
24 whole dried apricots
Yield:
6 Servings
Method:
In a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, melt the carob chips. Dip each apricot in the melted carob so that the carob covers half of the apricot. Work quickly. Chill the apricots in the refrigerator to harden the carob before serving.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 4 apricots.
