Black And White Chili

Ingredients: 

1 pound chicken tenders cut 3/4 pieces
1 cup coarsely-chopped onion
1 can Great Northern beans - (15 1/2 oz) drained
1 can black beans - (15 oz) drained
1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes - (14.5 oz) undrained
2 tablespoons Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix

Yield: 

6 Servings

Method: 

Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is browned.

Stir remaining ingredients into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
