Baked Onion

Ingredients: 

1 medium vidalia onion peeled, quatered
= (or other sweet onion)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Yield: 

1 Serving

Method: 

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush onion with tomato paste and sprinkle with seasoning.

Wrap in aluminium foil, leaving an airspace, and bake 1 hour or until tender.
