Asian Triangles

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
4 teaspoons rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 drops hot sauce - (to 3)
12 wonton wrappers cut in half to
form triangles

Yield:

6 Servings

Method:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray. Set aside.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, water, oil, vinegar, ginger and hot pepper sauce. Microwave 20 to 30 seconds to warm the mixture so that peanut butter will easily combine with the other ingredients. With a small wire whisk, whisk until well combined.

Arrange the wonton wrappers on the baking sheet in a single layer. With your finger, brush the mixture over the top of the wonton triangles.

Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the triangles have crisped. Cool in the pan on a wire rack or serve warm. Triangles will keep for up to a week in an air tight container.
