Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients: 

2 cups shredded cabbage
= (or coleslaw mix from produce
department)
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons honey

Yield: 

4 Servings

Method: 

Place the cabbage in a salad bowl.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour over the cabbage and mix well.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
