Anytime Fruit Salad

Ingredients: 

1 cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges in juice - (11 oz) drained
1 can pineapple tidbits in juice - (8 oz) drained
1 tablespoon fat-free French dressing
2 lettuce leaves

Yield:

Method: 

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
